be. Salon Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you. This may include shortening your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow time for the space to be filled. Late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the service(s) booked. No shows will result in you being charged the full amount of the cost of the service(s) booked.
A credit card is required for clients booking appointments online or for new clients booking appointments longer than 2 hours. The card will only be charged in the event of less than 24 hours notice or no show.
